Fit & Sporty is an innovative formula specially developed for cyclists and people with an active lifestyle. Effervescent tablets are easy to take - dissolved in water and contain: Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, sodium and glucose.

Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is very important for athletes and people who do heavy physical work. The vitamin maintains connective tissue and good bone health. Without Vitamin C, collagen synthesis is impossible. Regular satisfaction of the body with the necessary vitamin C helps to heal wounds on the skin.

Magnesium:
Magnesium reduces fatigue and exhaustion, restores the body's electrolyte balance, normalizes metabolism and energy production. Magnesium regulates muscle contraction. Studies show that magnesium deficiency leads to cramps and muscle pain.

Potassium:

- Magnesium: 125 mg
- Potassium: 300 mg
- Sodium: 900 mg
- Glucose: 600 mg

Suggested Use:

Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml water.

Recommended daily dose: 3 tablets daily.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for diabetics. In people suffering from hypertension to take after consulting a doctor due to the sodium content.
